Travis "Randall" Craig passed away surrounded by loved ones in Highlands, Texas on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the age of 66.

Randall was born on March 14, 1955, in Houston, Texas to Lois Helen 'Bedinger' Craig and Travis Craig Jr. He graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School in 1972. He married the love of his life, Diane 'Walker' Craig on May 12, 1984. The newlyweds enjoyed their life together taking trips, spending time at Randall's grandmother's ranch in Madisonville, and living life to its fullest. In 1989, the couple welcomed their daughter, Courtney, and in 1993, they completed their family with the birth of their son, Travis.

Randall was a dedicated husband, son, and father whose world centered around his family. On his days off of work as a plant operator at FINA, you could always find Randall outside working on a new project or making sure that his yard was perfectly manicured. He enjoyed taking his wife and children hunting at their deer lease and fishing out on the bay. On March 21, 2005, a traumatic brain injury left Randall fighting for his life. With hope, faith, and a whole team of doctors and therapists, he was able to defy all odds and rejoin his family at home. Through 16 years of trials and tribulations, surgeries, hospital visits, and various physical rehabilitation stay, Randall continued to amaze his doctors, nurses, and family with the strength and determination he showed. Despite his many setbacks, his positive outlook on life, charm, and sense of humor became contagious to all those who knew and loved him.

Randall is survived by his devoted wife, Diane Craig of Highlands; his daughter, Courtney Irvan and her husband, Chad, of Tomball; his son, Travis Craig and his wife, Lelia, of Highlands, his grandsons Travis 'Drake' Craig of Highlands and Oakley Irvan of Tomball; his sister, Melanie Craig of Rockwall; his niece, Lana Collier of Rockwall; and his longtime caregiver and friend, Tamra Pigott of Highlands.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lois Helen 'Bedinger' Craig and Travis Craig Jr.

A visitation to celebrate the life and legacy of Randall will be held Friday, March 26th at 5 pm at Sterling White Funeral Home in Highlands, Texas. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Texas Boys Outdoors.
