Bill served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the Jenkins Masonic Lodge #856 F&AM where he was a past master from 1990-1991.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Gracie Rowe; in-laws, Jake and Rhudell Blevins; and sister, Linda Damron.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Kay Rowe; daughter, Amy Lynn (Dave) Silvers; granddaughter, Ashley Brooke (Gage) Breighner; great-grandchildren, Maddoxx, Marley, and Macie Lynn Breighner; brother, Arlon Rowe; sister-in-law, Judy Ann Rowe; and nephews, Arlon (Sherry) Rowe Jr. and Reffard (Karen) Damron.
The family will receive friends from 4-6PM Monday, March 29, 2021 with service to follow at 6PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville with Rev. J.B. Baldridge officiating. Family and friends will leave 11:15AM Tuesday, March 30, 2021 in procession to East TN Veterans Cemetery (John Sevier) for 12:30PM graveside service and interment.
