Thomas Henry Carlton was born to Thomas Henry Carlton, Sr and Etna Virginia Pigue in Lodi, Ca. His parents divorced after the birth of his brother Timothy Carlton. They lived in Kerman, Ca., during his childhood. In 1962 he married Joyce Sharlene Savage of Kerman, Ca. Together they had two Children, Joyce Toreen Carlton and Dawn Irene Carlton. They divorced in early 1972 and he married Laura Louise Phillips of Kerman. Together they had two children, Judith Leigh Carlton and Thomas Henry Carlton Jr.
He passed away on October 8 2019 at his home in Fresno, Ca. He is preceded in death by his Mother Etna Virginia Lee. He is survived in death by his wife Laura Carlton, his brothers Timothy Carlton and Richard Casey, daughters (Joyce) Tori Carlton, Dawn Carlton, Judy Carlton and son Thomas Carlton, in addition to 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
