He was born in Indiana and had been a longtime resident of Penndel. He served his country proudly serving in the U. S. Army as a Calvary Scout and retired after many years of service. Randall loved going fishing and bowling.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Ruth (Schwartz) Morgan; his children Heidi Morgan, Michele Morgan and Randy Morgan Jr. and his beloved dog Fritz.
Family and friends will be received at the James O. Bradley Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA 19047 on Monday March 29, 2021 from 9:00 am to 10:15 am with his funeral service to be held at 10:15 am. His interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
