She retired from Federal Civil Service after thirty seven years of faithful service.
She is survived by her son, Hilton J.Cooper II (Quadresa Cunningham-fiancé), granddaughter Ryan K. Cooper; cousins, Gail Burrell and Melinda Thompson-Hill; goddaughter, Simone Davis and a host of other relatives and friends.
