Barbara Jean Fulbright Mullins, 57, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 21, 2021. She was born on March 16, 1964 to Charles and Doris Fulbright. Barbara’s passion in life was her family, especially her three grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Doris Moore Fulbright, brother Charles Craig Fulbright, and her sister Carol Fulbright Ledford. Leaving behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 39 years, Joe Mullins; children: Erik Mullins (Staci) and Candace Everett (Dustin); sister Kim Toomey (Michael) and grandchildren: Riley, Brooklyn, and Lily Everett.
A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday March 24, 2021 in the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with a visitation prior from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Thursday March 25, 2021 at 11:00am.
