Angelica Mia Perez (Ang), 31, passed away February 26, 2021 in Chandler, Arizona. Ang was born February 16, 1990. She is preceded in death by her sister, Nicole Gonzales(1982-2018), husband Michael Perez(1982-2014) and is survived by her precious son, Damian Michael Perez, age nine, her mother Monica Baltierra and husband Richard Huerta and many loving family members and friends.
Ang was notorious for laughing in the face of danger, she was “traviesa” with a capital T, and although she struggled to say “malagradecida” she understood perfectly what it meant. She had an incredible photographic eye and as she stated, she “liked the ‘betweens’ they are not as complicated as the beginnings or as emotional as the ends. They hold everything good about the journey.” She would tell you to stop. Smell the flowers. And make a wish.
Her mother shares that her social butterfly is free at last. Angelica’s memorial services will be held privately in Mesa, Arizona.
