He was a Carter County native. Todd was a 1988 graduate of Happy Valley High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a truck driver with Harmon Ice, Johnson City. He loved golf, fishing, football and was an avid Vol fan.
Todd was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Elizabethton.
Survivors include his wife: Kimberly Wilson Buck; A son: Chase, of the home; His Parents: Jerry Lynn and Frances Louise Humphreys Buck, Johnson City; Three Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Randy & Tammy Buck and Eric & Jennifer Buck, all of Johnson City, and Anthony & Darlene Buck, Elizabethton; Three Sisters & Brothers-in-Law: Tammy & Paul Carroll, Telford, Lisa & Gary Shockley, Elizabethton, and Amy & Kevin Grindstaff, Johnson City; Several Nieces & Nephews; His special friends: Tim & Brenda Carver.
Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park.
