Cynthia L. Gordon, 47, of LCO, died Sunday, Aug. 2 at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital

Cynthia Lee was born March 20, 1962 in Hayward, the daughter of Frederick and Ellen (Sharlow) Gordon. She grew up and attended school in Hayward and LCO. Cynthia worked in housekeeping for the LCO Casino, as a kitchen aide for LCO School and other various jobs around the Hayward area. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph Corbine; and sister, Nyla Miller; nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve. Father Gregory Hopefl will officiate with music provided by Sister Felissa Zander.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at Pineview Funeral Service.

Casketbearer will be Kenneth Burmeister, Justin Gordon, Roy Gordon, Ron Larson, Edward Miller Jr., and Clint Price Sr.

Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward is assisting Cynthia's family with the arrangements.

She is survived by her brothers, Fred (Darlene) Gordon of Stevens Points, Bill (Sheri) Gordon, Larry (Jeannie) Gordon, Frank Gordon, all of Red Cliff, Wis., Marvin Gordon of Superior, Louis (Sheryl) Gordon, Arnold Corbine Sr. and Thomas (Betty) Corbine, all of LCO; sisters, Liz Gordon of Duluth, Janet (Duane) Isham, Mary Corbine, Betty Wilson, Neomi (Jerry) Miller and Bonnie Corbine, all of LCO; many relatives and friends.
