In her lifetime, Patti lived many places in Wisconsin and always made friends wherever she went. She had various jobs, but most of all she was devoted to her two sons. In addition to being a homemaker, she was a real estate agent, managed the Red Goose Shoe Store in Portage, and ran the family beef cattle operation. Patti loved the outdoors, especially gardening, and could grow anything. She enjoyed all kinds of animals and nature, especially birds and horses. She listened to country music and was a Johnny Cash fan. She was also an avid reader and doted on her grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, Steve (Karen) Belke, and Dale "Boone" (Janet) Belke; her grandchildren, Bryan and Hannah, Elesha, Matthew (Heather), and Amanda (Michael Aschliman); a great-grandson, Jackson; her sister, Linda Knebler; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Barbara Tweedy; her brother, Donald Taylor; and her nephew, Charles Taylor.
No services are scheduled at this time. The Ellestad Camacho Funeral Home, 500 N. 8th St., Mount Horeb, Wis., is serving the family.
