Gary Clive Endicott passed away at home on October 21, 2020 at the age of 79. He was born in San Diego, CA on August 2, 1941 to Ivan Roy and Reva Ella Endicott. He married his sweetheart Linda Ann Burbank February 26, 1964 in the Los Angeles, CA Temple. Gary worked for Caltrans in the San Diego area for more than 37 years before retiring in 2001 and moving to Utah to be closer to family. After coming to Utah, Gary and Linda served as missionaries for more than 8 years at the Lindon cannery.

He was a life long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many ward and stake leadership positions in the El Cajon, CA Stake. Gary served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Central States Mission from 1961- 1963. He spent a large part of his mission working in the office and overseeing the large fleet of vehicles. Gary loved to hunt, vacation with his family, and race & rebuild cars. He could spin some great drag racing stories from his younger years.

Gary was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family. Nothing brought him more happiness and joy than bringing his large family together for family reunions, birthdays, and holidays. He would help anyone at the drop of a hat and he was always the first person you called when you needed a helping hand.

Gary is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda, and their six children: Allen Endicott (Beckki), Stephen Endicott (Michelle), James Endicott (Beverly), Brian Endicott (Shelly), Rebecca Haacke (Josh) and Kristina Carter, 23 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and countless friends.

The Endicott family appreciates the caring love and service given by so many this last week.
