Sen. Gelden Taken In Death: Frederick T. Gelder, 80, who retired recently as chairman of the I Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board after serving in that post many years, died last night in Carbondale General Hospital, Carbondale. He was a resident of Forest City, Susquehanna county, and formerly served in the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives and was publisher of the Forest City News.
