Funeral services for Mrs. Joy Mae Tracy will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2021, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. Interment will follow in Resthaven Cemetery, Oakdale, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Mrs. Tracy, 82, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 19, 2021, at Oakdale Community Hospital, Oakdale, LA.
She was a retired foreman from Boise Cascade. She enjoyed traveling and loved her dogs. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Son and Mamie Johnson and one brother, James A. “Man” Johnson.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include one brother, Matthew Johnson, of Woodworth; one nephew, D. J. Johnson, and his wife, Lee Ann, of Maurice; one great nephew, Gabe Johnson; and one great niece, Zoey Johnson.
A time of visitation will be held at Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale, on Monday, March 22, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
