Wichita Falls - Timothy Alfred Nelson (Tim), 54, was the victim of a tragic shooting in Dallas, TX on Sunday, February 28th, 2021. A memorial service will be held at Grace Church in Wichita Falls on Saturday, March 27th at 1pm.
Timothy was born March 10, 1966 to Herbert & Norma Nelson and raised in Wichita Falls, the youngest of four children. Tim was a firefighter & EMT with the Wichita Falls Fire Department for many years, a golf enthusiast, and a believer in Jesus Christ from an early age. He had his struggles in life but overcame much and his family was proud of him. He will be remembered fondly for his wit, humor, and tender heart, just like his father, Herb.
Timothy is survived by his three children, Brantley Nelson of Weatherford, TX, Alexandria "Lexi" Stiles and her husband Cameron of Houston, TX, and Benjamin "Benji" Nelson of Baltimore, MD. He also leaves behind his three siblings, Richard Nelson and his wife Alicia of Grand Prairie, TX, Juliana Ward and her husband David of Frisco, TX and David Nelson of Dallas, TX.
