Donald Richard Wallace, son of the late William McKinley Wallace and Mildred Gertrude (Markwardt) Wallace was born on October 21, 1934 in Saint Louis, MO. and departed this life on March 16, 2021 in Saint Louis, MO. He had attained the age of eighty-six years, four months and twenty-six days.

Donald had resided in Saint Louis for the past six years and was formerly of Mill Spring, MO. He was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and bowling. Donald had a great sense of humor; he could always make those around him laugh. He was strong willed and you never had to guess what he was thinking.

Donald is survived by his daughter, Cindy Ann Collins of Saint Louis, MO; brother, Gary Wallace and wife Kathy of Benton, MO; sisters, Maxine Duckett of Jackson, MO and Sharon Bowman and husband Bob of Ellsinore, MO; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and many family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Dale Wallace; one daughter, Laura Rene Barry; one brother, James “Bill” Wallace; two sisters, Dorothy Ijames and JoAnn Wallace and one grandchild, Daniel Barry, Jr.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore, MO. with a Graveside Service following at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Ellsinore.
