Patricia A. (Foster) Bowman, 84, departed this life on Dec. 26, 2020 at Sheriden Woods Health Care Center in Bristol.
She was the loving wife of Robert E. Bowman for 66 years.

Pat was born in Brattleboro, Vermont on May 9, 1936.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Donald T. and Esther M. (Casey) Foster.
She moved to Plainville as a young girl and attended local schools.
Both she and Bob were 1954 graduates of Plainville High School.
They were married later that same year.
In addition to raising three children, Pat worked many years as a cashier at the A&P in Forestville.
She was employed by Classic Coil for a time and was a hostess at Roy Rogers in Bristol for several years.
Pat often took elderly people under her wing and saw to it that they had what they needed.
She was a member of Plainville Congregational Church, where she taught Sunday School for a time.

In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by her daughter: April Bowman and husband Ken Dixon of Bristol; her sons: Scott Bowman of Naugatuck and Timothy Bowman and wife Karen, Baxter and Beau of Southampton, Mass.; four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by a sister, Joyce B. Spagnoletti.

A private graveside service was held at the West Cemetery in Plainville.
