Robert J. Browning, age 59, of Conway, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2021.
Robert was born September 8, 1961, in Warwick, Rhode Island.
He and his family came to Arkansas in 1974.
He loved the outdoors, hunting and camping. He was a history enthusiast and enjoyed sharing it with his family. But most of all, he loved making us laugh. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by many.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; two sons, Shawn and his wife Michelle from Roland, AR, Shane and his wife Katie from Conway, AR; his parents, James and Helen Browning of Greenwood, AR; a brother, Paul Browning and his wife Kimberly from Morrilton, AR; a sister, Ann Marie Hester and her husband Gary from Greenwood, AR; two granddaughters, Emma and Alexis; three nephews, one niece and 7 great nieces and nephews.
Robert worked for Virco Manufacturing Company for 25 years in various positions. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986 as an Aerographer's Mate.
Viewing and visitation will be at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, AR, on Sunday evening, March 7, 2021, from 6pm to 8pm. A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Monday March 8, 2021. The Rosary will begin at 10:00am with Mass immediately following. Serving as pallbearers will be; Joshua Browning, Joseph Browning, Geoff Lomax, Douglas Hammons, Tim Skinner, and Chip Boatner.
