He was married to Mary Austen about 1652 in Taunton.
They were the parents of Mary, Sarah, Thomas, Samuel, Jonah, Sarah, Hannah (Lincoln Branch), Constant Lincoln Briggs, Mercy Lincoln Caswell and Experience Lincoln.
He died between 1694 and 1696.
He was deceased by 05 November 1696 when Peter Branch of Preston, Connecticut sold land in Taunton, Bristol, Province of Massachusetts Bay to Nicholas Moorey of Taunton. The land had been received by Branch's wife Hannah as a gift from her father Thomas Lincoln, by deed of gift dated 04 May 1694 "given to Hannah my wife by her father Thomas Linkon dec'd".
No gravestone survives, but his remains were most likely buried at Taunton, where he lived and died.
