Ludie G Ball, 91, Ages, died Wednesday in the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness. She was a native of the county & her husband was the late John H Ball. Services are incomplete. Services will be held in the Evarts Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Resthaven Cemetery. The Rev Bill Collett will officiate. She is survived by two daughters, Myrtle Ward, Oh, & Mary Davis, Ages, & two grandchildren. She’s also survived by two brothers, Jesse Gilbert, Evarts, & John Gilbert, Corbin, & a sister, Celia Barnett, Cote. Evarts Funeral Home in charge. Published 7-28-1978 Harlan Dailey Enterprise.
