Dorothy May Jenkins, 60, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021. Dorothy lived in Hampton, VA her whole life and attended Bethel Temple Church for many years. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Christopher Seidnitzer. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Richard Jenkins; son, Richard Aaron Jenkins; mother, Dorothy Ann Seidnitzer; granddaughter, Hanna Jo-Ann Morgan; brothers, Donald Seidnitzer, Dean Seidnitzer, and Daniel Seidnitzer; sisters, Yolanda Charles, and Yvonne Worth; and many other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, VA. Due to Covid restrictions, services will be private but available to be viewed on Parklawn-Wood's Facebook page on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 10 a.m. Dorothy will be laid to rest at Parklawn Memorial Park, Hampton, VA.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, VA.
