Alberta L. (Camlin) Cossel, 93, of Scottdale, passed away on Friday December 18, 2020 at Highlands Hospital, Connellsville.
She was born September 28, 1927 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Wilbur J. and Olive (Black) Camlin.
Alberta was a member of the Scottdale Church of Christ. She worked for Anchor Hocking for many years.
Alberta always took the time to knit hats for cancer patients and would take the hats in for the patients during treatments.
Alberta is survived by her children, Linda Ulery and husband Bill, Mel Stewart and wife Judy and Sherri Kappas and husband Peter; grandchildren, Michael Ulery (Kerri), Deanna Johnson (Jeremy), James Kappas, Stephen Kappas, and David Stewart; great-grandchildren, Michael Ulery, Kyle Ulery, Gage Johnson, and Tanner Johnson and sister, Shirley Vinoski.
In addition to her parents, Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Cossel; granddaughter, Susan Stewart; sisters, Gertrude Garlick and Donna Camlin and brother, Wilbur Camlin.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.
No visitation or services will be held at this time. Interment will take place at a later date in Pennsville Baptist Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
