Kelly, Ronald "Ron" Edward Of Jackson, MI passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 79. Ron was born in Saline, MI on July 14, 1941 to parents Wilhio and Harriet Kelly. He married Marilyn Jean Hodson. Ron was a machine operator, employed with Clark Equipment. Ron moved with Clark Equipment to Statesville, NC and retired from there. He was affiliated with Lansing Baptist and Loomis Park Baptist Church. He enjoyed flea markets, music and was an avid sports fan "Go Blue". Ron is survived by his children Mark (Lori) Kelly, Tim (Tonya) Kelly, and Pam Monroe; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; siblings DeLoy Kelly and Jerald (Gloria) Kelly; sister-in-law Donna Kelly; and many extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marilyn Kelly, daughter Kelly Ann Kelly, brother Glenn Kelly, and sister-in-law Iva Kelly. Per his wishes, cremation has been chosen with a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Loomis Park Baptist Church (2301 N. Elm Ave Jackson). Ron was laid to rest at Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Motts Children's
