. Geraldine Eubanks Miller, age 69, of Sandersville, died Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Washington County Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, March 19th at 2:00 p.m. in Bay Springs Cemetery near Oconee.  Pastor Stacey Williford will officiate.   

Ms. Miller born in Marietta and reared in Oconee the daughter of the late Bennett Lamar Eubanks and the late Pauline Cooper Eubanks.  She began her working career as a CNA for Oconee Health Care prior to becoming an EMT and working for Laurens County.  Ms. Miller was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and she loved cooking, reading, and cherishing her grandchildren.  

Survivors include her children, Karen Renee Daniel and her husband Mel of Warthen and Danny Franklin Covington of Alabama; stepchildren, Tammy Purdee  and her husband John of Dublin and Talisa Williams and her husband Earl of Indiana; grandchildren, Tarah Raulerson, Josh Goldman, Sarah Goldman, Carlie Denton, Christopher Covington, Nicholas Covington and Casey Covington; step grandchildren, Charles Hayes and his wife Kourtney, Matt Mullen and his wife Amber, Michael Conklin and his wife Billy Jean, Billy Conklin (Casey) all of Sandersville, Brad Miller and his wife Chantel and Dustin Miller and his wife McKenzie; and multiple great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
