Mr. Bowman was a native of Waverly, Tennessee and a resident of the coast for over 53 years. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a former member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Bowman; his daughter, Vickie White; and his parents, Leonard and Dolly Fisher Bowman.
Mr. Bowman’s survivors include his daughters, Sherry Bowman and Julia Bowman; his sons, Madison Bowman and William E. Bowman, II; his sisters, Linda Sue, Deborah and Judy; his brothers, Gary, Tommy, Raymond, Robert, Terry Wayne and Rodney; 14 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 10:00 am.
