Mrs. Melissa Kaye “Sissy” Whitley Rogers, age 51 of Douglas, passed away Tuesday morning, March 16, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Rogers was born July 10, 1969 to the late Patrick Lamar Kirkland and the late Margaret Ann Whitley Kirkland.
Mrs. Rogers, a native of Douglas, GA was a homemaker.
