Survivors include his girlfriend Colleen Holliday; three sons, Jeffrey Achor and wife Deanna of Fort Mohave, AZ, Thomas Achor and wife Debra of Fort Mohave, AZ, Stephen Achor of HI; 4 grandchildren; 2 step-children and 5 step-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Jack's life will be held June 21, 2018 at the La Sierra Senior Center from 3-7pm.
