Mr.Rodney Steven Wilson better Known as “Stevie” was born on March 31, 1960 in Smith County to Mr.Lewis C.Wilson and Mrs.Corine Everhart Wilson. He attended Tyler public schools graduating in 1978 from John Tyler High School. He grew up as a member of Greater St.Mary Baptist Church. Stevie was also affectionately known as “Dump Truck” by his friends because of his love for good food. He never missed a meal. After graduating high school, he worked at Southside Bank and was self-employed in the janitorial industry. Stevie is preceded in death by his Father; Mr. Lewis C. Wilson and his uncle John Everhart of Yakima,WA. He was never married nor had any children. He is survived by his mother Mrs. Corine Everhart Wilson and sisters Sherrill Wilson of Tyler,TX and Kimberly Wilson of DeSoto, TX; Brothers Cary “ Tuffy” Wilson (Elaine) of Tyler and Gregory Wilson (Faye) of Tacoma,WA. Uncle Percy Everhart, Jr.(Myra) of Tyler,TX; and aunts; Joy Fay Everhart of Tyler and Janet Everhart Brown of Dallas,TX. Nephew Christopher Wilson and Michelle Wilson and niece Michelle Hallman both of Tyler, TX. Great nephews Kevin McNeal and Kendrick Wilson; great nieces Essence Hallman, Natasha Wilson and Brandy Wilson Terrazas all of Tyler,TX. A host of cousins and countless friends that enjoyed the company of his presence.
