South Jamesport- William A Kane, aged 47 years, of Richmond Hill, passed away Friday night at the home of his brother James R Kane of this village, where he had been ill for the past four months. Mr Kane is survived by his widow, a daughter, Mrs Edwin Barrell of Richmond Hill; a son Cyril of Babylon; also one brother James R Kane of South Jamesport and a sister Mrs Thomas Hodgins of Southold. Funeral services were held Monday morning at the Church of the Sacred Heart at Cutchogue and the interment was made in the cemetery of the Sacred Heart in the family plot.
