Norma (Witten) Phillips, 81, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, March 13, 2021 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri. She was born July 13, 1939 in Aurora Springs, Missouri the daughter of the late Earl Witten and Lucy (Lasswell) Scott Witten. On November 22, 1958 she was united in marriage to James Phillips who survives of the home.

Her parents and a son, Randal James Phillips preceded her in death.
Norma was a member of the Aurora Springs Baptist Church of Eldon, MO where she faithfully served where needed.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Aurora Springs Baptist Church with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett, MO.
Memorials in her name are suggested to Aurora Springs Baptist Church of Eldon, MO.
