Owego, New York - Betty Bachman, 72, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021. Betty was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Frances Winters; brother, Gale Winters; sister, Paulette Boyle. She is survived by her three sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Richard Allis, Linda Charton, Frannie Kay Thomas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ken Winters, Jr. and Rosemary Winters, Wayne Winters, Beth Winters; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Jim Van Horn; several nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. Betty drove bus with the Owego-Apalachin School district and was a waitress at the Park View Restaurant for many years. She was a member of the Mello-Dears Drum and Bugle Corps. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 19th at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with live streaming of the services at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com (click obituary). Burial will follow in the Tioga Cemetery.
