Ne was born October 3, 1943 in Washington, Indiana, to William R. and Elizabeth(Brewer)Doyle.
Philip graduated from St. John High School in Loogootee and attended St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Joan Doyle of Germantown, Wisconsin, and Cecilia Doyle Mattingly of Cicero, Indiana, one niece, Elizabeth Worcester of Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William R. and Elizabeth(Brewer)Doyle; 2 brothwers, William R. Doyle, Jr. and Philip Jerome Doyle; one sister, Barbara Doyle Wright and one niece, Sarah Wright.
Funeral services a Nass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4th at St. John Catholic Church in Loogootee.
Burial will follow in At. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Barr Township in Daviess County, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Tuesday at the Brocksmith-Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee.
