Age 69 of Brookfield, WI went to Heaven on Friday, December 4, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents Peter Thomas Jr and Mary Ann Balistreri, and his sister Nettie Nason. Survived by son, Chad (Kim) Balistreri daughters Dina (Marty) Carroll and Angelina (Johnathan) Brankley; brother Anthony (Kathy) Balistreri; Grandchildren Connor, Christian, Kayla Jo and Carson Balistreri and Juleyanne Carroll; God-son James Vaughn, Jr and God-daughter Annmarie Gibson.

In lieu of flowers please make donations St Jude's Hospital.

Private family services will be held with a Memorial Mass at a later date.
