Angela Suzzette (Flood) Richardson, 48, Ozark, Missouri went to her heavenly home on Sunday morning, January 24, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 48 years, 9 months, and 7 days. She was born April 17, 1972 to Kennie and Deloria (Edwards) Flood in Springfield, Missouri. She was the oldest of three children in the home. She graduated from Hurley High School. She married the love of her life Roger Richardson on July 07, 1989 and had been married for 31 years. This marriage was blessed with one daughter Ashlyn Rachelle. Angela was a very proud stay at home Mom. She homeschooled Ashlyn and was always there for a fellow homeschool family if they needed help with anything. Angela was always on the go, from bringing Ashlyn to orchestra, choir, band and sports practices… to hikes with her family, to day trips just to see something she had never seen before. She was very adventurous, loved the beach and the mountains and everything in between. Her huge loving heart did not end with just her family, Angela would do anything for anyone, helping anyone who she could help and sharing her faith in God. She was a very active member in her church, Nixa First Assembly. She loved to praise and worship the Lord. Angela battled cancer for two years, and she never lost her faith. She always had a smile on her face. She loved her family and her Lord. Her energy, warm smile and tender heart will be greatly missed by all the lives that she touched. Angela is preceded in death by her mother Deloria (Edwards) Flood, maternal grandparents, Jay Frank and Louise (Barnes) Edwards Jay Crume, paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Wilma Lee (Conrad) Flood. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Roger Richardson, of Ozark, Missouri, daughter, Ashlyn Richardson, of the home, Father, Kennie (Christine) Flood, of Hurley, Missouri, brothers, Roger Flood, of Hurley, Missouri, Brent (Brittany) Flood, of Hurley, Missouri, stepbrother David Applegate, of Springfield, Missouri, and stepsister Katrina Applegate, of Bruner, Missouri as well as extended family and countless friends. A Visitation has been scheduled for Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in Meadors Funeral Home, Clever, Missouri. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Nixa First Assembly of God Church, 113 W. Mt. Vernon St. Nixa, Missouri. Burial will be in Yocum Pond Cemetery, Reeds Spring, Missouri.
