Erica Evette Jackson, age 47 of Little Rock, Ar., died Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. She was a native of Wilmot but lived in Little Rock where she worked as a hotel manager. She was a member of Sweet Home Baptist Church and of the Faith Chapter #6 order of Eastern Star A.F. and A.M. of Little Rock under the leadership of Matron Lillie Porter since 2002.
Erica is preceded in death by her parents, Rita Jackson and Andrew Lewis, two sisters Mashona Diane Jackson and Dorothy Jean McDade. Erica was a WWE Wrestling fan and enjoyed watching the Food Network channel, she loved playing with her granddaughter Trinity, and selling paparazzi jewelery. Erica also assisted in the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief when she was the General Manager of Inn Town Suites Extended Stay in Memphis, Tn.
She is survived by four sons Derrick, Dedrick, Cedrick, and Elijah Huges Jackson all of Little Rock, Ar.; five brothers Leroy and Kenneth Jackson both of Wilmot, Issace Russel of Little Rock, Larry Jones(Denesie) and Andrew Jackson of Ayer, Ma.; two sisters Gloria Lewis Jackson of Leesburg, Fl.; Betty Johnson of Bastrop, La. and one grandchild Trinity Jackson.
Graveside service will be Saturday March 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Second Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Willie McFelson officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Dominique and LeDevan Owens, Christopher, Mon’treal, and Trey Jackson, Craig Stephens, Kennon Saine, Gerald Haskin, Leo Woods, Antwan Harris, Christopher Toney and Kenneth Rhodes, Jr.
