Mrs. L. Ella Williamson, 84, former Santa Rosa resident, died yesterday in Oakland at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Susan Brown. Her death followed a long illness. Mrs. Williamson, a native of Fostoria, Ohio, lived in Todd district for 30 years, moving to Oakland in 1943. She was a member of the Methodist Church here and of the Todd Ladies Aid. She visited here last summer with a granddaughter, Mrs. Floyd A. Caughey, 16 Hopper Lane. Also surviving are a son, Edward R. Williamson, Santa Rosa; another daughter, Mrs. Ailene Meyer, Berkeley; 8 other grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was the widow of William Williamson who died in 1938. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Eggen and Lance Mortuary. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Lawn Cemetery.

Williamson of Santa Rosa, also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. An native of Fostoria, Ohio. Friends are invited to attend services Friday afternoon December 21, 1951, at one o'clock in the Chapel of Eggen and Lance Mortuary, Santa Rosa. Interment Odd Fellows Cemetery, Santa Rosa.
