Myra Delk Wallace, 73, transitioned from the cares of this world on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at her home.
She is predeceased by her parents Marcus and Cora Chambers Delk and brothers Edward Delk and Marcus T. Delk Jr.
She is survived by sisters Yvonne V. Delk, Arlethia Delk Staton (Joseph), Margaret Delk Edney (Joseph) and one brother William T. Delk Sr. (Mozella).
Myra graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1965 and is a graduate of Norfolk State University. She retired from Norfolk Public Schools as an elementary education teacher for thirty-one years.
Public viewing will be held at Riddick Funeral Service, Norfolk on Tuesday, March 16, from 2 - 7 PM. The family will greet guests from 5- 7 PM.
