Lisa Lynn (Distler) Taylor, 59, of Eureka, Missouri, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri.

She was born September 23, 1961, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Vincent Lawrence and Patricia Ruth (Zumwalt) Distler.

Lisa was a 1979 graduate of Blair Oaks High School.

She was married to Steve Taylor who preceded her in death in 2004.

Lisa worked as a nurse aid at several nursing homes in Missouri. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, and loved to talk with people.

Survivors include her father, Vincent Distler, Taos; two children, Daniel Lee Taylor, St. Louis; Crystal Taylor, St. Louis; three step-children; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five siblings, Leigh Ann (Mike) Eastman, Jefferson City; Vincent (Sheila) Distler, Jr., Elston; Wayne Distler, Loose Creek; Mike (Lori) Distler, Meta; and Kimberly (Scott) Kremer, Linn.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Distler; her husband, Steve Taylor; and a sister-in-law, Debbie Distler.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. I.C. Medina officiating.

The general public is welcome to attend the services while following social distancing guidelines. Facial coverings are suggested while in attendance.

Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
