Lee Roy Griffin "Pop", 82, of Panama City, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. He was born March 15, 1937 and was a lifelong resident of Bay County. Lee was a member of Springfield Community Church, U.S. Navy Veteran, master electrician, as well as a commercial fisherman. He was the best husband in the world to his wife, Donna. Lee loved hunting and was an FSU football fanatic.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Florine Griffin; brothers, Albert Ray and Coleman Eugene; sisters, Virginia Suttles and Mae Leitz.

Those left to cherish Lee's memory include his wife, Donna Griffin; daughters, Sonya Robbins (Robbie) and Valerie Blevins (Earl); sons, Jason Griffin (Jessica) and Tony Griffin (Marie); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Williams, Mary Bush; sister in law, Marilyn Griffin; nephews, Derrell Suttles (Donna Jo), Luther Suttles (Linette), and Ray Suttles (Brandi); his loyal dog and best friend, Stella.

Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the funeral home with Rev. Eddie Pitts and Rev. Clyde Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery. Those wishing to extend condolences may do so at www.heritagefhllc.com.
