In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joleen Justice Ramey; a son, William Keith Ramey; a granddaughter, Lois Ramey Tolliver.
Mr. Ramey is survived by two sons, Eric (Sherry) Buckler of Carter City, KY, Kevin (Denise) Ramey of Worthington, Ohio; a daughter, Lisa (Shayne) Easterling of Olive Hill, KY; a brother, Dean (Grace) Ramey of Carter City, KY; a sister, Mildred "Sissy" (James) Payne of Battle Creek, MI; six grandchildren, Briana (BJ) Garvin, Hunter Easterling, Mikaela (Ryan) Rice, Will (Lizzy ) Easterling, Lydia Ramey, and Drew Ramey; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Ramey was a farmer and a fabricator/welder for CSX Raceland Car Shops. He proudly served his Country in the United States Army.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2021, at Sparks Funeral Home with Eddie Wiler officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky with full military honors.
Friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the funeral home.
