Nursing Sister Sophie Louise Carr enlisted in the Canadian Army Medical Corps and was appointed to commissioned rank in the Canadian Army Medical Corps, Canadian Expeditionary Force on 10 Jan 1916. She served in Canada, England and France and was struck off the strength on 23 Mar 1920 by reason of general demobilization.
