Brenda is survived by her brother Kenneth Ducote, Jr. (Nancy) also nine grandchildren Jason, Jeremy, Jordan, Destin, Deyton, Brynne, Brycen, Madison and Mason.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Ducote, Sr. and her son Larry Jason Landry.
Brenda was a devout Christian and lived her life by Christ. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. Her dedication as a school teacher shined bright through children for over two decades. Rescuing and caring for animals was a passion in her life. One of her greatest passions in life was singing and dancing. Brenda will be remembered for her fun-loving personality, beautiful smile and having a heart of gold.
