Passed away at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Monday, July 7, 2014, at the age of 77.

Beloved husband of Veronika Wenk for 51 years. Cherished Dad of Rhona Hyde and husband Reg and Christine Derry and husband Brett. Loving Opa to Brianna (Charles), Robert, Matthew, and Sarah. Fred is also survived by his sister-in-law, Gisela Stobbe and her family.

Predeceased by his son, Robert in 1967; parents, Kurt and Frieda (nee Buchheim) Wenk; and brother-in-law, Henry Stobbe.
