She was a member of Salem Baptist Church where she served as Sunday school teacher and Bible school teacher for many years. She was the former owner of Boling Bridge Marina. She was preceded in death by father, Dallas Bruce; son, Samuel Todd Jones; and brother, Waymon Bruce. She is survived by her mother, Betty Bruce of Panama City Beach, FL; husband of 49 years, Gary Lamar Jones of Gainesville, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Sommer and Justin Green of Dawsonville, GA, Misty and Tommy Casse of Cumming, GA; brother, Stanley Bruce of Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Madison Green, Morgan Green, Lucas Jones, Trinity Casse, Austin Casse; and one great grandchild, Hayes Casse.
