Altamae Glasgow, age 79, passed away on March 9, 2021, at Quaker Hill Skilled Nursing in Baxter Springs, KS, following an illness.

Altamae was born on January 20, 1942 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of the late Alvin and Ethyl (Buskirk) Glasgow. She moved to Joplin from Quincy, IL in 1976. She was a surgical technician for Freeman Hospital and St. Johns Hospital. She was also a caretaker for Oxford Healthcare.

She is survived by three sons, Kevin Bickford and wife, Tammy of Galena, KS, Tim Postle and his girlfriend Kathey Merrill of Baxter Springs, KS, and Greg Postle and wife, Julie of The Villages, FL; six grandchildren; and
six step grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and twelve step great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. Burial will follow at Osborne Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-3:00 p.m. Sunday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
