Dick was born December 8, 1940, in Decatur, IL to Harold and Marie (Clark) Jacobs. He married Judith Ann Boland on January 3, 1959 in Decatur, IL. She passed away on October 2, 2013.
Dick was a member of Maranatha Assembly of God. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, country dancing and coaching baseball little league when his son was younger.
He is survived by a daughter and son, six grandchildren two great-grandchildren and a brother
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Judith.
