Mr. Horace “Jim” Howard and Patricia Burkholder Howard of Palmetto, GA passed away March 2021. They are survived by their sons, Bruce Howard and his wife, Jacqui Magnes, of Ellicott City, MD, William Howard and his wife, Lisa, of Nottingham, MD; granddaughters, Cydney Howard, Riley Howard; Patricia’s sister, Thelma Howard and Jim’s sister, Louise Howard. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11 o’clock at Kennesaw Memorial Park with Dr. Paul Mims officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
