Michael J. Howe, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mike was born on June 1, 1947, in Peoria, a son of Harold and Margaret (Nelson) Howe.
He was married to Judith Carr Howe. She preceded him in death on September 2, 2007, in Aurora, IL.
He was also preceded in death by son, Nicholas in October of 2006 and two brothers, Thomas and Richard Howe.
Mike is survived by three sisters, Joan Payne of Streamwood, IL, Kathleen Getz of Beach Park, IL, and Mary (Dennis) Marfell of Washington, IL; and one brother, Peter Howe of Arlington Heights, IL.
Mike proudly served in the US Army, being stationed in Germany.
He received his Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. He worked in sales for CBI Walker.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 2:00 PM.
