Floyd Eugene Thompson, Jr. 63, of Russell, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Mr. Thompson was born November 20, 1957 in Mansfield, OH, a son of the late Floyd Eugene, Sr., and Deloris Seagraves Thompson.
Floyd served his country honorably with the United States Army as a Stenographer.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held 1:00pm Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East by Chaplain Jimm Smedley, members of the United States Army Honor Guard and American Legion Post 93.
Steen Funeral Home has been entrusted with services for Mr. Thompson.
