Born in the Bronx, NY on Tuesday, January 23, 1945, she was the daughter of the late, Joseph and Josephine Cusimano.
JoAnn was raised in Yonkers, NY. She would go on to earn a Bachelors degree and begin a long career working as an agent with the Internal Revenue Service. JoAnn would meet the love of her life, Charles Wilson, on a blind date. The couple would marry and move to Old Bridge, where they would raise their family. JoAnn was a loving and caring mother, always putting her children first. She enjoyed reading and cooking meals for her family. She will be missed by all those that loved her.
JoAnn is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Charles, by her loving daughters, Lesley Ann Wilson, and Amanda Greenberg and her husband David, by her caring brother, Anthony Cusimano, and by her cherished granddaughter, Emma Sophia Greenberg.
A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday at the Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals and Cremation Service located at 3377 US Highway 9 Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Burial Park, East Brunswick, NJ.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 24, 2020, at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey.
