Head, a nickname she affectionately referred to, was adored by many. She enjoyed being around family and friends, especially her mother. Jackie was educated in the Henderson County, Lexington, TN and Maury County, Columbia, TN school systems. She worked various jobs in Columbia, TN to include three years at the General Electric plant also in Columbia, TN.
She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Fields, grandfathers Alvin Fields and Charles Teague, all of Lexington, TN., grandmother, Janie Jones Bryant of Columbia, TN.
Jackie also leaves to rejoice her home going, a loving and caring son: Christopher (Quanda) Mayberry and darling grandson: Romelo Mayberry; devoted and loving parents: Jerry W. and Barbara C.
